Reittien uudelleen käynnistäminen on tulosta asiakkaiden kasvaneesta kysynnästä ja siitä, että useat muut lentoyhtiöt ovat jo aloittaneet lennot uudelleen Euroopassa. Suomessa Norwegian aloittaa jälleen lennot Tukholmaan ja Osloon.

Norwegianin kanta-asiakasohjelma, Norwegian Reward, voitti arvostetussa Freddie Awardsissa Paras lentoyhtiön kanta-asiakasohjelma Euroopassa/Afrikassa -tunnustuksen neljäntenä vuonna peräkkäin. Norwegian voitti neljä eri palkintoa Freddie Awardsissa. Norwegian Reward voitti myös Paras kanta-asiakasohjelman luottokortti Euroopassa/Afrikassa-, Paras kampanja- ja Paras asiakaspalvelu -kategorioissa.
